GMI offers serveral different types of service contracts to meet your special needs. Our service contracts range from full-service to shared-risk to preventive maintenance only. We will also be happy to work with you on developing a custom plan for your particular facility.

Our Service Plans
Global Care
Our most comprehensive contract available, the Global Care contract includes 24/7 phone technical support and complete ultrasound system coverage including parts, labor and probes. Onsite Preventive Maintenance vists and unlimited service calls by qualified engineers included.
Global Biomed
For hospitals with a qualified Biomedical staff already in place, we offer the Global Biomed contract to help you self-support on your ultrasound service needs. The Biomeds will receive training on the specific ultrasound system that allows them to provide first-call support for all service issues while having access to GMI's world class technical support or field engineers as needed. Global Shared
Our Global Shared contract includes preventative maintenance inspections, 24/7 phone technical support by our world class engineers, and a limited number of service calls. You will also receive a discount on additional service calls and parts as needed.
Global PM
This contract includes two Preventive Maintenance inspections per year on your current ultrasound equipment. It also entitles you to discounts on parts and labor for all related service issues on that ulrasound system. This is a very cost effective way to ensure emergency service coverage when needed, while maintaining the performance of your critical revenue generating asset.
