Charlotte, NC – (October 8, 2008) – Global Medical Imaging, LLC (GMI) finished the third quarter with a strong September and sees continued strength in ultrasound. Despite a slowing economy and national financial crisis, GMI had their highest revenue month of the year and built a strong pipeline for the fourth quarter.

With the potential expiration of Tax Code 179 (see http://www.gmi3.com/site/details/news/13 for more details) and biomedical departments looking for comprehensive solutions to lower their ultrasound maintenance costs, GMI is forecasting a record fourth quarter and over 30% growth in 2008.
