Contact a probe repair representative at 866-523-1931 or visit www.gmi3.com/proberepair for login information to our repair tracking site. You will have the ability to login in the probe and serial # that you are shipping. Through this site you will be able to approve quotes, track the repair status, print invoices and pull custom repair reports. You may also request a probe shuttle for easy shipping if you do not have one.
You will be quoted on a 3, 6 or 10 day turnaround time. You will have the option of selecting them timeframe in which you would like your probe repaired.
Your probe will be quoted both optional and required repairs so that you can select your repairs a la carte. We quote all of our repairs at competitive market price and are willing to match any quote.
