Do you offer any ultrasound training courses?
Yes, GMI offers a variety of training courses that can be tailored to fit your needs. Our First Response training course offers an introduction to ultrasound covering basics such as: ultrasound physics, system architecture, functional operation and assembly replacement. Our Platform Training courses offer in depth training for experience Biomeds or Ultrasound Engineers that have already completed the First Response course. This course offers hands on testing, trouble shooting, knobology and discussions of most common issues and resolutions. GMI will also work with you to customize any course for your facility’s needs. What is the Parts Portal(TM)?
The Parts Portal(TM) is a GMI exclusive web based tool that allows real time visibility into our inventory for parts availability and pricing. Because you are looking directly into our inventory, you can be assured that we are not brokering the part therefore, offering you the best possible price. If we do not have it, we will not fool you into thinking that we do. Through the parts portal, you will be able to place an order, view your order, view your cores owed/shipped and pull customer reports. You will also be able to set up different tiers of use.
