This comprehensive contract offers peace of mind, by offering a cap on your budget exposure as well as 100% coverage of the system and transducers against failure.  Preventative maintenance visits (2 per year) to insure that your equipment meets calibration and accreditation requirements. GMI’s factory trained engineers will provide timely and professional on-site support of your ultrasound systems and accessories. 24×7 technical support is complementary.

  • Safety testing to ensure the equipment passes ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1:2005 leakage current standards.
  • Unlimited Parts to maintain system performance
  • Unlimited Transducer replacements for normal failure.

  • 2 Planned Preventive Maintenance inspections per year.

Global Shared Care – Limited Protection
A more flexible option that will empower your Biomedical Engineers and help control cost. This contract includes parts and transducer coverage, system specific training for the Biomedical team and backup labor. This option is completely customizable to your fleet and facility. Another way GMI works to provide the best options for each customer.

Global Preventive Maintenance Plus
Short staffed? Let GMI do the work. GMI will provide all the labor, including all preventative maintenance for the selected systems. Customers will receive a preferred customer discount on parts and probes.

Covers all preventative maintenance visits (2 per year) for calibration and accreditation purposes. Customers will also receive preferred customer pricing on additional labor, parts and probes.
